Poor service

I wanted to make a complaint about an employee who filed today, November 3, 2017. Served me at 28 BaloZhu Street, Melbourne at At 16:30 the employee was very unkind! I was so frustrated that I was giving urine tests and I don't know how to do it in this clinic! After passing the tests, I was denied that I did not have to pay because I was pregnant and in the end I was not even given a code to receive the tests.
