Booked a land and sea trip to Alaska. The cruise Line…Holland America , cancelled the trip due to Covid. This trip was for June 2020. I paid for it Feb. 27. Still waiting on my refund. Holland America refunded AAA in March. $8 k refund is still not refunded. Everyone else in my party has been refunded....

With covid-19 about, this should have been a no-brainer to see a viral travel show. User’s recommendation: give it a try.
$50 to cancel Hertz reservation. They claimed it was a Hertz fee, but I went to the Hertz website and they say they don’t have a fee and that some travel agencies charge a fee when booked through them. User’s recommendation: DO NOT book rental cars through AAA travel.
