Damage

I purchased a laptop that didn't shut down in a month. Taken to warranty, 30 days have passed, no one calls. I called myself, I was told that there was a manufacturing defect and I had to wait another 45 days.. so I use the computer less than it is repaired. And again, you're not a priority customer because you're making a warranty repair.
