Low quality product

Viessman vitopend 100 - I bought it - 1) the seat is not balanced, resulting in a body vibration and every moment it resonates, creating unpleasant sounds. 2) The 3-way valve must be changed or opened regularly, as the heating mode no longer switches on after the summer, After hot water intake. If it were the first boiler - think it should be!
