Fraud, Damage, Poor Service
I would like to alert you to the fraudulent service of Computer Ambulance. I had given my iPhone 6S for repair. The problem was that the phone started charging out pretty quickly. I asked the service if this problem could be solved, to which I received a positive answer. The phone was promised to be returned in the weeks at the end (I took the phone for repair on July 11). None of the service had called me during the week and had to come myself next week and ask what was going on with their phone. The service employee said that he would ask the master and call back. Again, the answer had to wait several days and go to their service again. I had to travel abroad, so I asked for the phone to be returned as soon as possible. When I asked him to call in front of me and ask the master,the employee replied that I would be called. They kept it with them for another 4 days. As a result, I get a call and say that there was not enough time to repair the phone and nothing was fixed. On Thursday, the nurse had taken it from the service, paid 5 dollars for "free prevention", as written on the website. No one touched the phone after the repair. When I arrived, I charged it, but the phone didn't turn on. Charged for 4 hours, but cannot be turned on. I went to the service, I asked what was on the phone, why it didn't work. The employee says "charge and it will work". Please put a curse in front of me. I waited half an hour, nothing has changed. I ask why the cell phone doesn't work, to which I answer that I broke it myself, it didn't work before. Although the phone worked perfectly before the repair, it only charged out faster,but there have never been other problems. Then I received another answer "Why did you go for repairs?". I brought the phone to be repaired and not to break it... I called the central office, they say the same thing "too little time for repairs". So why couldn't the "master" tell me how long the repair will take? And why does the mobile no longer work after this "diagnosis"? Fraudsters work here. Carries a phone, as I was told to "Pentu" in MeZhciems, but there is no service at all, only a pawnshop. In this position, as shown in the photo, the phone stood for 4 hours.
