I was charged for a shirt i never received

I placed and order on the9/6/19 and was told i needed to make a partial payment..I did not.Then it says a shirt was mailed out without the partial payment which i did not receive.order #D647134 Dafina shark bite.1 for a total of 68.42..Order # 9071****. My bill is not right, in fact it is completely wrong

I only ordered 2 things and you guys charged it of at over 500.00 dollars. What’s up with that? I want this taken care of. I ordered 1 dish drainer and 1 set of plastic ware like tupper ware.
