I will load into nba 2k 21 next gen and after five to ten minutes my game will freeze. It will stay frozen until I unplug my Xbox. It only on happens on nba and it happens no matter what game mode I play

My son was banned due to a supposedly violation

My son was banned from using his NBA 2K Game on his PS5 and he doesnt seemed to understand what he did or didnt do for that to happen. Im his father and Im trying to assist him in finding out so hopefully he can be reenstated.
