Self owned and ran by a realtor that practices without current license. 23rd realty uses clients situation to benefit himself. Cuts corners and uses clients money for personal payments. 23rd realty also has an array of weapons that he uses very recklessly ! This realtor also has a active restraining order using a weapon and violence
