I ordered two bouquets in cases to be delivered for Easter for my two daughters. They never were sent. I kept getting daily messages on my phone that they were ready to be delivered. Resolved: Never deliver floral arrangement to funeral home and no reason/notice

Update by user Jul 05, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
