If I were to describe every single thing I'm unhappy with when interacting with Adams Homes, it would be a very very long text that would take a couple of days to write... I don't have that much extra time, so I'll say in general - Adams Homes has problems with customer support service, especially when something breaks in a rented house. My wife and I rented a house a year ago - in November 2022, and we constantly have various minor breakdowns in our house which the company does not respond to in a timely manner. You always have to wait several weeks to have your kitchen faucet or ventilation repaired. Often small parts fall off, such as baseboards and even tiles. My wife and I have not moved yet because we are very busy with our work but we will do so as soon as possible. I do not recommend anyone to deal with this company.
