The experience with Newstream commercial has been a very poor showing of what a company should be. The first investment in a hotel in Albuquerque started off well and a larger distribution was paid out and then more offerings presented to me, and invested in 2 additional hotel properties / construction projects. All three a slated to go bankrupt and the only way this is possible is due to extreme negligence and possible fraud on the part of the GP's. Everything about their process is below par. It was an expensive education process, but I hope to save others from investing with this group. Stay away please...... Stay away - do not invest in any of their deals
