We have a problem with a used KIC fridge that belonged to my deceased mother.
The water drain line is not open therefore the water fills the fridge and cannot go anywhere.
After I have tried to unclog the drain line with a plastic hose and compressed air I have made several attempts to contact KIC to no avail. To my knowledge, this is a factory fault from day one and no one from KIC is interested to come to my rescue
Written Attempts in contacting KIC was made on 1/9/2019 ,12/10/2020 and 26/6/21 to no avail. They are not interested.
