Bad service
I made a hotel reservation with woodspring Suite Sanford Florida through Orbitz Travel. The reservation was for March 19th through the 20th my in-laws are in their mid-70s. They were heading to Florida from Georgia for a great grandkids birthday party. I made the reservation prior to the 19th that week I also called two days later to verify that the reservation was was completed. My in-laws arrived on the 19th at approximately 1830 hours which the hotel was already paid for through a credit card. My father-in-law went to get the room and the clerk told him that they overbooked and they cancelled his room. My father-in-law told him that he never got a notice of the room was canceled the woodspring Suites Clerk told him that they overbooked and he could do nothing about it. The clerk also told him he didn't care what he did but they had no rooms or where he stayed. My father-in-law called me in a panic. I checked other hotels in the area and they were all booked up. I called the wood Springs Sanford Florida. The employee advise me that they overbooked and attempted to notify the party by Phone. I advise the employee that we did not get any phone calls and that the room is already prepaid. The employee again said he did not care that they overbooked and he didn't care what happened to to the elderly couple.
