Catherine's completed my credit card Application without my consent, after I called their bank and "REFUSED" their credit card. Then, they have proceeded to constantly mail me items that I did not purchase, due to this Refusal. Now they are mailing these items without the RETURN LABELs, so I do not know how or who to return them to and charging them to the account numbers they have on file.
