Worst network experience service at mtn

I have been a loyal mtn customer for more than 20 years more than 5 upgrades alone on the ‪0839958822‬ number & we have 3 running contracts @ the moment, in lockdown I was due for an upgrade again but we were not wanting to upgrade due to circumstances of not knowing the way 4ward during the lockdown period a lady phoned us 4rm mtn convincing my wife and I to downsize the contracts as we are not keen on taking devices right then, but we said we don't want to bound to a contract incase we want to upgrade in the future she said it's month to month, but was not the case! When I eventually wanted to upgrade this year so I was told it's a 2 year deal! I rode it out as end of February I could upgrade, I initially wanted a Samsung a32 5g with the watch but they had no stock so I settled for the hisense h50 s with the watch combo a few days later cignal hit away completely, I called the guy I took the phone out @ mtn canal walk Jean Lee & he said it's not normal I should bring it in, even while on the call with him the cignal dropped! So after me messaging and phoning around they apparently never had stock & I had to drive to waterfront to go do exchange there again a few days later same cignal problem so I drove again to canal walk! When I got there staff not helpful said I had to go through 4 obf before I can cancel the contract if the same problem occurs, so I had to walk to the mtn on the upper level where they told me there no 4 obf rules are stated cos I'm driving out my petrol, I'm using my airtime to do all the phoning around & hours waisted! So I went back downstairs and told them what mtn upstairs said & wanted them to cancel the contract, they were hesitant & wanted me to take a device of the same value like an oppo as they don't have stock of the Samsung a32 5g, but why after going through this nonsense with a phone should I settle? So I told the guy u guys don't have stock I have been a loyal mtn customer u can give me a s21 or iPhone 13 for the same price cos I have been doing all the running around, he said no obviously! So for the past 2 weeks I have been waiting for mtn 2 sort this out so my wife came across a s21 & add a 22 5g combo for 489 a month wich she wanted, but now mtn says it's a misprint & they can't give it for this price, what happened to customers are always right?? I didn't print this, so now I am going to let them cancel my contracts as they are making me prepaid & take my business elsewhere Francisco doesn't contact when he must & I am fed up with mtn
