A dissatisfied customer

Hi, this is the third time I write to you, but my account has been open with you for over four months. In all these four months, my account has been reviewed.
I deposited money into my account, but after one hour it disappeared. So I have contacted you, but I still haven't received anything. I was invited by a friend who never received an invitation. Then you withdrew three payments from my account because of a subscription in my account that was never approved, just pending for all four months.
I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau because I have sent three emails to Stash and still have not received anything. I have emails and statements showing that I have written, deposited money into the account and paid for things that should have been paid for, but never received anything in return, nor did my friend who invited me. This is not okay and I just cancelled my subscription and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
How can you withdraw money from a bank account if your account has not been approved? Very poor communication on your part.
