unauthorized charges
I was charged $3.99 today & I did not authorize this charge. I was forced to listen to this promo when I called for support with sirius. I have no idea why I had to listen, at the end of each promo they asked if I wanted it, I said no. I was told I would not be charged, that I'd get an email & if I wanted it,then I would be charged. Please refund because this was unauthorized.
