I am warning you, don’t use this company

The pillows bought in these company were really bad. It’s like if you went to the garden, put some stones into the bag, then put these stones to bed and put your head on them. The pillow costs about seventy dollars but it is not worth even a single dollar.
These company is a scammer who is deceiving the clients.
You are sent the pillow, you see that the quality is very poor. Then they ask you to wait for three days before making a refund. When three days pass, they invent other delays and cancellations. Moreover, then you will understand that the pillows are too expensive.
The address of making a refund is not mentioned on the official website of the company, don’t even try to look for it.
1.The first contact is quite positive, they will tell you that they are really frustrated by the product’s poor quality and it necessary for you to get a refund. Then they will promise you a discount, in order to make you stop thinking about the full refund. The are just taking your time, in order to spend sixty days while the warranty is valid. Don’t be passive, you should actively require your refund, otherwise you will stay without money.
2.Return is paid in this company. In order to make a return, you should photo every pillow and wrap them into the original package. The boxes must be labeled with special return labels, otherwise they won’t accept your refund. The procedure of returning the goods is quite complicated. If something goes wrong, they will refuse to take back their goods and you will be left without any money. If the boxes are damaged, return is impossible, anyway. Thus you should be very attentive with the package.
They usually tell that the refund is transferred to your bank card during four months, They hope that during four months you will forget about refunding. So if possible you should try to make a refund during three months or ninety days. I finally managed to do it.
I think the place for hell is already prepared for these people who are stealing the customers’ money and deceiving everybody.
