I signed up in hopes of freshening up my and my daughter's clothes. Almost immediately I was charged two styling fees. A week later, I tried to log into my account to find the boxes, but found that my account had been deactivated! No explanation and I was charged for something I now don't even want to get! I called, emailed and messaged, but received no response. My account was charged for two boxes and then closed with no explanation. They do NOT treat customers this way - reviews on Facebook show they have charged customers in the past for items they didn't receive, so this company should definitely be checked out! Ripping people off now after the global pandemic is just disgusting!
