If I could write a 0, I would. I've used this service twice, and my last experience caused them to lose me as a customer forever. I bought shoes for my daughter's birthday on September 30. My purchase was confirmed a few days later, and now I have been waiting for "delivery" for 2 weeks. I know COVID has caused some delays, but since I work for a delivery partner in the finance department, I know we're not behind like that and we consolidate our carriers (that's how we make money). After contacting them, they showed no interest in my order or its importance. They act like it's the only service in the world. From now on, I will definitely spend my money elsewhere. Correction of the point.
