St Peters Girls Prep refusal to refund my deposit

St Peters Girls Prep is refusing to refund me 36 000 deposit on the grounds it was part of the contract but my personal circumstances changed and had to go to move to another, I didn’t cost the school anything for them to withhold my money and I suggested they take someone from a waiting list as I was also accepted towards the end of the year
