I bought a ring from this company in the Netherlands and after trying it for less than a week I wanted to return it. I've been trying to do that since Dec. 23rd via emails, their contact form, and FB messenger. I've been told I need an RMO number but they aren't sending no matter how many requests I've made. My emails have been ignored since Dec. 24th and on messenger just keep getting the run around. They have over $400 of my money though. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
