7 baitcaster reels not supplied. Supplied 7 spinning reels instead – not needed

I ordered 7 BAITCASTER FISHING REELS on various orders and each time i received SPINNING REELS (7 total). Each time they said to to send pictures of what was received and then didn't do anything to rectify the problem! I have ordered other items and they supplied the incorrect item. How can they operate under these terms? Plus... they are falsely advertising stuff.
