Wish would not refund my money.

Ok, so I put quite a few items in my cart instead of wishlist, because I was trying to sort them out & not lose them. I really liked the items & wanted to put them in their own category (wishlists). Anyway, I accidentally swiped the orange bar & accidentally ordered the items. I contacted wish support on the app. They said they'd get back with me 2-3 business days. This was DURING a business week mind you. So, 3 days later they reply that I have to wait until the items get here, (which we all know takes a month or 2) to send the stuff back. They also said that I would have to PERSONALLY PAY FOR THE SHIPPING FEE AS WELL. The costumer service reps Ahmeedhisham & Meqiel we're not helpful at all. The information I had to wait 3 days to receive from them already came from the Help section on the app. Waste of time. I want my money back. Amazon has done the same tho g for me. And I actually got to speak to a PROFESSIONAL representative over the phone with that company. I will be switching to them solely for my shopping if this issue from wish isn't resolved. I need my money back as soon as possible.
