Vinted are withholding my funds and nobody can tell me why. I have been selling on Vinted for 2 weeks. I have almost 200 pounds in my wallet, vinted are cancelling the transaction every time i try to withdraw to my bank. Vinted have lied and said I didnt have my account activated, that my bank (Barclays) were not allowing the transaction to be processed, they said I havent verified my ID. All of which are lies. Funnily enough I can use my balance to purchase on vinted and pay fees, but I cannot access my funds to transfer. Something strange is definitely going on. This needs investigating as I do not want others to suffer the same fate, being out of pocket due to having to front postage fees in some cases, then not being able to withdraw to my bank. My identity is verified with both vinted and Mangopay. I can coincidentally buy but not withdraw. This is a total scam.
