Victoria's Secret advertises free returns on items ordered online. This made me feel comfortable about purchasing a Victoria's Secret bra online even though bras are difficult to purchase without trying on first. When the bra arrived the lace was scratchy, cheap, and looked like one cycle in the washing machine would destroy it. The bra looked like it had been designed by a man who had never even seen the anatomy of a woman. It was disgusting quality for $69.50. I went to the store to return the bra. It was brand new, tags attached, with receipt. The workers could not process the return even with receipt since it was an online order. They took my item and processed the return as a no receipt return and told me my refund may show up within 14 days. This is unacceptable for a company with such large online and retail presence. Please do not think you can purchase anything at Victoria's Secret thinking you can return it.
