I was not able to use this due to receiving backdated benefits from government. It did not say this on the box and they have not reimbursed me. I sent 2 emails with no positive results. The first email was ignored and I did not understand the 2nd email reply. Since I was not able to use the product I should receive a refund. If turbo tax checks their records they can see I was not able to use the product for the 2020 tax year and so they should refund me. The product was purchased from Costco on Winterburn Road in Edmonton Alberta.
