Tissot Watch, UID: 15JA0597781 – disappointed poor quality of product, repair not done properly on first complain when the watch was under warranty.

Dear Tissot Team i am disappointed by your product tissot watch, its gifted by my fiance on my engagement, last time the water got into mechanism and the crown got broken when i opened the watch for the first time to set time, i have complained to Rivoli store in Deira city centre dubai, and they told me the watch will be sent to the manufacturer for repairs because it is manufacture warranty, since my watch is waterproof i have asked the rivoli center technician how come water went into mechanism, and i didnt get any response and the quality of the crown was so thin it came out when i pulled it out set the watch timing, on my first complaint i was informed that the repairs are completed and the water will not go into mechanism all gasket are replaced and a quality of crown is good it will not broke while we pull it, i dont wear the watch much and again my watch stopped working and when i pulled the crown to set the time, crown came out. i gave my watch for repair in the same RIVOLI center of deira city centre, and i receive same estimation which i was informed at my first complain, i am afraid to say that my repairs was not done properly and thats why the water got into mechanism again, and the quality of crown is not as good because when i pull the crown to set the time, it came out again broken. i am losing my interest in your products, i am writing this email to bring it in your notice that i am really disappointed by your product, and i do not wish to buy any product in future, i have cancelled the estimation of repair because i feel it is useless since there in no quality in products and services, even if i do the repairs there is no guarantee, and i believe that with the best of my interest the concern tissot share holders will improve the quality of products and technicians who do the repair.. the repairs should be FOC because the issue was not resolved when the watch was under warranty, now when it is out of warranty i have received the estimation regards Aqueel [protected]
