On a referral I contacted Architect Joseph Wilkinson in Tulsa Oklahoma. He made several visits to me for remodel permits of an existing property. He gave me the standard drawings but I was told along with the letter of deficiencies that if Joseph Wilkinson had done his job correctly I wouldn't have submitted drawing that were very incomplete for a commercial remodel. Joseph has set my dream back weeks and 1000s of dollars.
