I contacted Reliance in March/April to make appointment for air conditioner checkup in preparation for summer (which I pay for in a monthly bill). They said they were busy and first appt would be July 3. OK thats fine. I receive a message by email a week ago June 11 saying my appt July 3 cancelled and rebooked for Oct ??????October. What the heck. I call and am hold for half an hour. Call back and there is an option to leave your tel number and they will call you asap. I did that and It is now 3 days later no call. October is when I should be making a appt for the furnace in preparation for WINTER. They say this is because of COVID. Poor excuse, hire more people if you are behind 7 months behind in booking appts !!!
