Good afternoon We choose Pella because of the good reference we are see everywhere but our experience has been a really nightmare. Since day one we are having so many issue. We are getting to the point that we don't know what else we need to do to received the service that we deserve as a customers. The salesperson is so hard to get in contact with we also have issues with the installation and the repairs for the damage product that we received. Could you please let us know how or to who do we need to call or get in contact? Since December 2020 we are waiting for someone to come to our house and finish the job.
