We ordered windows from Lowe's in Midland Michigan because we were a flood victim and needed new windows, we were told the windows would be in August 5th that day came and went, and we were told they'd be in 2 weeks later August 20th, the rep from Lowe's called pillow while I was standing right there and asked him how long it would take to get a new order they said 2 to 3 weeks. Well my order for August 20th now got pushed out till September 3rd. The people on the end of your phone are lying to Lowe's and it makes Lowe's look bad because lowes are giving us wrong dates due to your people. They knew my windows would not be ready by the 20th but they said they'd be here. Customer service is failing big time. We have already been through enough with this flood that took out our whole house and we're just trying to get our house back, I don't know what's going on in your end but it isn't working on our end. If you can't honestly tell people what's going on and what date their windows and doors are going to be in don't lie be honest with them.
