I am a 23 and me customer. While searching other genealogy sites I came across MyHeritage. The ad stated that if I were already a paying customer with 23 and me there would be no charge to download MyHeritage information. I was charged and called my heritage several times plus sent several emails. Now I am contacting my credit card co To have the charge reversed. The response I received said I would no longer be charged annually as of next year.
