Store employees follow me around and constantly harass me

I mostly shop every Saturday at Lulu's in Salmiya Kuwait going on 2 years. The store employees constantly harass me or follow me around as if I am stealing! I have never stolen before and will never steal but I am going to stop giving my money and be followed around like this! I even tip the guys that bag my groceries! Is it because of the color of my skin? They are HORRIBLE!!!
