Kenwood vacuum cleaner VBP50

I purchased the Kenwood vacuum cleaner from the Atrium mall on the 23rd December 2020. The product starting making an odd sound and the suction was very reduced. This was around April or May. I took the product to the Lulu store at the Atrium mall and was told it would be sent away and would take 2 weeks to be repaired. A month passed and no one from the store contacted me. I then visited the store in either late May or June to ask about the repair. I was told it was not sent as the member of staff responsible found no problem. We turned the machine on in the store to find it was still making an odd sound. I was told to take the vacuum home and clean the filter. I did this and it still made the noise, so I took it back again to Lulu the following week. It was then sent to be repaired. I collected the vacuum last week and was told it was fixed. I have now tested the product and the noise continues, along with a new and more concerning sound. The product does not sound safe in my opinion. I would like a refund for the product as it is not functioning correctly and the store has waited my time enough. The management at the store need to be informed as they have said it is out of their hands and needs to be sent away to be repaired.
