I was using the self-check out this morning and I made the mistake of asking the kind of fat guy manning the registers for help. After ignoring me he finally came around and was extremely rude and did not do anything to help me at all, I wound up not purchasing the items I needed assistance with. This is not the first time, I have had employees physically brush up against me as they were walking past me as if they were trying to intimidate me. I don't understand what the heck is wrong with these people, but it's like their parents didn't teach them basic human decency, much less customer service skills. I won't be shopping here anymore.
