First off - I love my Sorento. But I keep getting helpful remarks from other motorists that my hood latch has popped. There is a prominent gap visible that gives the impression that my hood is not properly secured. I have tried to get the situation resolved at the dealership but they are unable to close up this obvious gap (see attached photos).
