I am disturbed about an issue I experienced today with a rolling lockout.

April 17, 2021 Michael Thompson 2138 Lincoln Way Easy Chambersburg, Pa. 17202 Please help me I am now having a problem. I immediately contacted customer service. Sean or Shawn answered. He was a young men with very little training in customer service. He used aggressive disrespectful tones addressing my concern about the rolling lockout. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he continued to use aggressive disrespectful tones in addressing me. He stated that there is no supervisor so you will have to listen to me. I'm sorry but I do not have to listen to someone who has no ability to handle customer service issues. so I got out of my vehicle and I assume the count down began as it has done before. the device waits until I exit the car and then begins the count down. This time I went into Sheets returned approximately 5 minutes later to lockout displayed on the device. I am simply requesting that someone help me by rescinding these fees. I currently am unemployed filing for disability insurance. I live off of food stamps and medical assistance. I can't afford these fees. I have had this device in for 2 years when it was only supposed to be 1 year originally. that is $1000 plus recalibration and lockout fees due to Penn-dot's inability to get my documents organized due to covid restrictions. Please help me.
