I purchased a 25g pouch of White Ox Superior Dark Bend on 15/7/2021 at 8:44pm The tobacco is extremely dry with alot of bark through it. So dry that its difficult to roll into a cigarette and either crumbles and falls out the end or is impossible to smoke as the bark won't light and burns out with a disgusting taste. The packaging has been compromised and as a result the product has become stale. I am seeking a replacement as it is a significant expense and I did not get what I paid for.
