On may 21 2021 I recieved a direct deposit at appr.5am for the. Amount $2, 037 shortly after a transaction of $2000 was occured and my mobile app had been hacked and me email changed and the funds were transferred to a different account. It took 2 days of being hung up on left on hold and transferred to someone else who was rude or very unprofessional. once it was filed woth disputes dept. I was informed it could take up to 10 working days. It's going on 3 weeks of being told something else and handed over to someone else and eventually disconnected I have asked to talk to supervisor and was hung up on. Does anyone have some advice any other banking institutions this would have been professional taken care of in short order.
