Help roadside assistant but received no help!

We reserved a truck and when we called to make sure that we were getting a full size truck they didn't have any available. Then we got a Tahoe brand new less than 10, 000 from Jax to our Key Largo destination. Half way their we were by Okeechobee, FL when the car started making popping noises shaking just acting like it was going to shutdown. Pulled over and call roadside assistance and was told to go to a enterprise site 17 min away even though we told the guy that the car wasn't safe to drive. We were on the way when my husband spoke with the office we were being sent too and they said they had no cars. We ended up at that office for nothing they were open to 5 pm. We got there at 4 pm. No help there only to find out that my husbands information was incorrectly put in and the people on the customer service end were not willing to fix it only to hang up on my husband. We left after 5 to try and make it to the Palm Beech international airport to see if they could exchange the vehicle. Crossing our fingers we drive through a lighting storm extremely bad weather hoping the car didn't stop in us while we tried to contact customer service. Finally we made it to the palm beach when we spoke with someone that said they would have a vehicle waiting for us only to find out there were many at the airport. Spoke with the person again to find out that he was sending us to a location that didn't exist. 1000 Turnage rd which doesn't exist here. Sent to another one where they would not exchange for an suv but would only give us a Dodge minivan when they clearly had other SUV's barely fitting all our things. So roadside assistance was a joke and for my husband, 10 yr old twins, including myself it was a scary driving praying that we would be left on the side of the road. Lastly 4 1/2 hrs later we are on our to finish the 3 he dr to the keys.
