Company called ego-sport are refusing to accept I have not received my item and say I signed for it?! I asked for evidence and all they have is a screenshot showing it arrived at my local sorting office. I've been working from home since March 2020 so I know I would have been at home. I checked with sorting office and with my neighbours on the off chance they had taken it in in my behalf however it was not the case. Ego-sport are being unreasonable and not willing to accept I don't have the item despite me doing all they asked!
