Damelin Correspondence College [DCC] – Refund

Please Assist I applied to do a course with Damelin in March of this year (ICB Bookkeeping). On the 23rd of March, I paid the fees in full for the whole course (R13530.00) To this day I have not received books to start studying. I have called and emailed numerous times only to be told to call/mail a few days/a week later. Nobody has been able to assist me with regards to this and it is now over 4 months. I then sent through all the requested documents to the cancellation department in order to get a refund as I am very disappointed in the service I have received. I am still waiting for feedback from the cancellation department as I need to get a refund before I can start studying at another institution. Thank you
