MeI filed complaint, Mgr asked for meeting – I said not necessary, No apology offered & they just stopped communicating with me

My son & I visit Culvers twice daily most days for over 2 years now. It was the best. But for months product is inconsistent. They forgot my coffee at least 15 times & I have to remind them 45 min. to 1 hour later. I filed complaint. The Mgr wants to have a meeting with me? I said no need ... Just address my complaint.
