Fraudulent payments from my credit card account

This company has been taking £15 a month since March 2020 a total of £225 without my consent. I called the phone number today to cancel this but couldn't find out about getting a refund. I have never received any emails from them they have given me a cancellation ref number [protected]. The free phone number is [protected] My email is [protected]@gmail.com Regards Elaine Hedges
