I have notoiced that on 05/06/2021 a charge of £15 taken from my bank account. It would appear that it is a re-occuring charge, however I don't know amount has been taken for don't recall signing up for anything. I would therefore request a refund and for this charge to be stopped immediately. Could you also explain how this has occurred? Kind regards Jennifer Wilson.
