Money taken out my card

I have had a look on my card and it says that you have taken £15 out my card, I have not signed up for this and I would like my money back please. I have looked on my emails to check for any signing to any company. This is ridiculous, you need to warn people you take money out their own pocket so people are really struggling in this pandemic. I would like my money back please
