Carflexi clearly stated that I could cancel my booking. Arriving at the car company, Goldcar, I realized that I lost my driver's license. My husband was with me and had his license but they would not allow us to swop seeing that I made the booking with my credit card. We cancelled the booking but still money went off my account.
