My name is Oscar Losa. The complaint is about a rental car reservation in Diyarbakir, Turkey. My voucher code is CF0530E6. is about a rental car office in Diyarbakir city, Turkey. When i got to the place you told me the car rental office was, it did not exist yet. So, I had to go to the airport of the city, looking for the office of the same provider, that Carflexi had booked, Europcar. They had information about my booking, but demanded more money than the agreed with Carflexi. I had to bargain, and eventually to accept 24.9 € more than the established price. There nobody spoke english, and I spent a lot of time. Eventually, I took a car, but I spent a morning and had to pay the taxi to the airport, 10€. On the past year I had to pay as well more money that agreed in other rental car operation wit Carflexi. I am really disappointed with this company. I expect it at least to refund me the the extra money I had to pay.
