Hi, no customer service response for my acct. Blake sheldon personally cancelled concert by instagram on 08/12/2020 and no plans to reschedule. I would like refund for order #[protected] minus delivery fee $8.95 (purchased insurance). I tried to email on 08/12/2020 and got no response and call hold for 40min on 08/17/2020. Would greatly appreciate some answer to whether if anyone else can get through for this issue. Thank you for your help in this matter.
